Why do I feel like I’ve used this blog title already…. 🤔 note to self – review previous blog titles.
We’re still in October 2013 people! Thanks for sticking around. I’m starting to think that it will be another 7 years before I finish this project. 😂
But in all seriousness let’s talk about New York. The city I love to hate, save that explanation for a later post. I’ve been to the city countless times. This trip was to see my love, my dear cousin (Pictured). I also got to see Lauren! Who you all should be familiar with by now, as she’s made multiple appearances on el blog.
My cousins condo happened to look over the memorial site for 9/11. #neverforget. Now I’m extremely uncomfortable with heights. But I remember while my cousin was getting ready I just stood at her window and looked down at those empty holes in the ground.
I will never forget September 11th 2001. I was a child when it happened and I was in shock. I kept wondering WHY. If you haven’t been to this site in New York, I highly suggest you go. It’s great place for reflection.
